5th payment : 25% - Q4/2015 (included 2% sinking fee)

6th payment : 05% - Handover Ownership Certificate

In case of once time payment & depends on timing of purchase, the buyer might get more benefits on the selling price on time

Purchase 04 - 06 units - discount 2.0%

More than 06 units - discount 3.0%
